First round of terrain / weather

I just pushed a new build out that contains the first draft of the terrain, weather, day night cycle, and material effects tied to the weather.  

There is a handful of other changes and additions, but before I pushed out to many new visuals I wanted to get feedback on the first draft of the terrain, and how it feels to build / play in this terrain.

I also included sound settings for the weather if it comes in to hard.  Enjoy
