Minor Update - EXP Rework


I have just pushed a new version live with the exp rework.

You no longer gain exp just from the final result of making games.  You instead receive exp for every action you do and the amounts vary depending on the action and how strong that action was (ie train lvl 1 = 35 train lv 2 = 50 etc etc).

The math is all there for treating all the actions differently as well as creating games of varying size as well as if your responsible for that section of development plus a bunch of other complex calculations, however the balance is untested.  It will require some play testing on my part to get it to feel right.  Not to slow not to fast, the Goldy lox of exp gains if you would.  

I have pushed it live even though the amounts might not be great but this will allow others to assist in finding the right balance.  So if you check out the new version I would love to hear how the gains feel and you can expect a tweak patch to follow this update fairly soon.

After these values are hammered in I will begin the skills update.
